Heya! I'm Hiro aka the one behind NEIR !
I'm a psych student and aspiring comic artist that has been
drawing since I could hold a pen/pencil. A he/they with an art program as I call myself. I'm also an aspiring art vtuber/youtuber !Some of my likes include worldbuilding, making ocs/stories, medicine and the occult. I also like animating, even if it's simple blink animation !Some of my favourites include earl gray tea, daifukumochi, spaghetti/pastas and coffee ! Certified dog lover and ex-thespian.

Frequently Asked Questions
General
My Prices are fixed prices. I will not haggle or lower my prices. Continuing to haggle/pressure me to lower the price will get you a place on my private blacklist/block.I do not accept afterpay. I require all payment upfront as to avoid being scammed.Sketch begins after payment is received.I will not work for exposure. Offering exposure as payment will be promptly ignored and you will be put on my private blacklist/blocked.
Programs Used
I use Paint Tool Sai 2 for all things art related.It's an oldie, but a goodie and one I'm used to using, other than Krita.
For Speedpaints, I use Filmora.
Collabs + Trades
While trades are strictly for mutuals only, I am open to collabing with other artists. It can be speedpainting videos or art collabs. Please contact me through twitter if interested.
Brush Settings
I use the default Paint Tool Sai 2 brushes with some slight tweaking to the settings to give the desired effect I want.
Overall, I don't change much of anything nor do I use custom brushes, they're just the basic PTS II brushes.
Art Usage
My art must not be used in AI training, traced, edited or copied under any circumstances. I still own the copyright to my pieces. Please refrain from using my artwork for any purpose unless it was solely made for you. That includes redistributing it.
